| to make my own arctic bramble flavoured Mead.. |

 for many years..and now after some hours in the studio and while waiting on my dear accountant..I just do it! I had some mead culture in the fridge since a couple of weeks and now I will make it wake up from its sleep and come alive with some honey and water.. in a week we know if it did wake up and if it will be a good ground to brew Mead on.. maybe not so very interesting but very exciting for my little twisted brain.. I´ve tasted all kind of flavoured mead through the years but never my favourite childhood berries Arctic Bramble..if the plastic bag over the bottle starts to grow in a week then we know..to be continued...
